The University of Health Sciences holds a unique structural advantage as one of Turkey's most comprehensive academic institutions in the health field. Our university has expanded its academic activities, concentrated in two main campuses - the Mekteb-i Tıbbiyye-i Şâhâne (Hamidiye) Campus in Istanbul and the Gülhane Campus in Ankara - through six additional medical faculties domestically and five campuses internationally.
Our Global Research Network
National Hospital Network
Through affiliation protocols with the Turkish Public Hospitals Institution, we have access to 60 training and research hospitals, with 25 located in Istanbul, 15 in Ankara, and 18 in other cities. This extensive hospital network provides access to different demographic structures and patient populations, offering diverse clinical data sources.
International Reach
Internationally, we have active campuses in Somalia, Sudan, Philippines, and Uzbekistan, with ongoing efforts to establish new educational units in Afghanistan, Palestine, Pakistan, Syria, and Lebanon. This geographical diversity provides access to data sources critical for testing and validating artificial intelligence algorithms across different populations.
